Gate valves are used for on/off service in pipeline systems where the valve is required to open or close the flow path. Available Gate Valve Types

Rubber Wedge Gate Valves Series F4 and F5

Rubber Wedge Gate Valves Series F4 and F5 are used for on/off service in drinking water and non-corrosive liquids with a maximum temperature of 80°C. Series F4 is available from DN50 to DN600, and Series F5 is available from DN50 to DN300. These valves are available in PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40.

Anti-Corrosion Rubber Wedge Gate Valves

Anti-corrosion rubber wedge gate valves are used for on/off service in chemical industries, water purifier chlorination stations, municipal and industrial sewage, pools and a wide range of corrosive liquids with a maximum temperature of 80°C. Rubberized wedge parts, rubber components, wedge nut and spindle selection depend on the liquid type and operating conditions.

Gate Valves with Open/Close Indicator

Gate valves with open/close indicator are designed for liquid flow on/off service where the operator needs to see whether the valve is in open or closed position. These valves are available in normal and anti-corrosion Series F4 and F5 versions from DN50 to DN200.

Extended Stem Gate Valves

Extended stem gate valves are designed for installations where access to the valve is difficult or where a manhole or basin is not available. The valve can be used for buried or direct-buried installation, and stem length can be produced according to customer requirements. Normal and anti-corrosion Series F4 and F5 versions are available from DN50 to DN300.

Post Indicator / Post Plate NRS Gate Valves

Post indicator and post plate NRS gate valves are part of the gate valve range listed in the catalog. These models are related to non-rising stem gate valve arrangements and are included in the gate valve product group.

Rubber Wedge Gate Valves OS&Y

Rubber Wedge Gate Valves OS&Y are used for on/off service in fire safety systems, oil, gas, petrochemical industries and power plants. They are suitable for water and neutral liquids with a maximum temperature of 80°C. These valves are designed and manufactured according to DIN3352-4 and ISIRI3363, with flanges drilled according to ASME B16.5 or other standards upon request.

Materials and Construction

Depending on the specific model, the body, wedge and bonnet are made of ductile iron EN1563 GJS400. Rubber wedge models use EPDM/NBR rubberized wedge construction. The spindle is made of stainless steel 1.4021 according to DIN17440, with rolled thread and burnished sealing surface.

Coating

Inside and outside cast iron surfaces are coated with a minimum 250 micron epoxy electrostatic paint coating according to DIN30677.
